Nicole is an incredibly talented and compassionate kids physio. She really goes above and beyond to help and is very good with small babies (and first time moms!). I love that Nicole is up to date with the latest literature on pre-term infants and how thorough she is in her approach to treatment. She has helped my son since he was 2 months old and it has made such a difference to his movement and development.

We’ve had such a good experience with Nicole and have been seeing her since my daughter was 10 months old. She’s passionate, kind, and incredibly thorough, one of the most empathetic healthcare professionals I’ve met.
Our little one was born premature and has motor delays, and we’ve seen steady progress each week. We’ve learnt so much from Nicole. Highly recommend. - Anli·
Nicole has a very different and holistic view in healing children. After 1 session, my daughter already had relief, after suffering from pain in her knees for more than 2 years. Nicole is extremely thorough, professional and an excellent physio therapist. I highly recommend her. I wish we had discovered her earlier-it would have saved 2 years of unnecessary pain and suffering and being told by other physio therapists "a few exercises would solve the problem!"

Nicole is by far the best physio I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and I have a lifelong physical disability so I've known many) and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Sessions are thoughtful and engaging, with a focus on finding actionable steps to increase quality of life and comfort. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she's also, kind, thorough, and very encouraging, making every session something to look forward to. Genuinely a 5-star experience, thank you, Nicole. P.S. Kathryn is also great, you're in good hands either way!

Nicole is fantastic with my neurodiverse 3 year old boy, who has been coming to her for about a year already. He absolutely loves coming to see her and the results we have seen since starting with her have been wonderful. She has a large practice with tons of toys that she uses in creative ways to work with kids and also gives us one thing each week to do at home. She is very knowledgeable about many topics, like shoes / equipment needed and has helped us to alter our lifestyle to support our boy's development. Highly recommend as a top kids physio in Cape Town.

Nicole is a wonderful pediatric physiotherapist. She puts in so much effort for each session and we have learnt so much from her over the last few months which we are able to implement at home. My son has a rare neurodevelopmental delay disorder and Nicole is doing a lot of work on his pelvic area but she always incorporates many other areas such as communication and regulation. She is so kind, thoughtful, calm and engages with my son so well, they have a beautiful relationship. I have nothing but the most positive things to say about Nicole. I wish I met her years ago when we started our physio journey.

Nicole has been working with Troy for about 10 years, and her impact has been nothing short of transformative. She's pragmatic, passionate, and truly an expert in her field. Nicole’s approach is tailored and thoughtful, ensuring each session addresses Troy's specific needs. After each session, I notice a significant and positive difference in my son's physical and mental well-being. His mobility and confidence have greatly improved, and I credit Nicole's dedication and expertise for this remarkable progress. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her in our lives.

Our daughter has been seeing Nicole since she was 11 weeks old (now 8 months). Nicole has not only supported our daughter in making amazing progress, but has empowered us as parents in the process. She has a wonderful way with babies (she’s really a baby whisperer). I wouldn’t hesitate to see Nicole or Cathryn at The launchpad if you’re in need of physio for your baby or kid.

We were advised to see a Paeds physio as my daughter disliked conventional "tummy-time" at 3 months and was favouring one side. Nicole helped correct her asymmetry and also taught us how to have fun and enjoy "tummy-time" in so many different positions. I couldn't imagine a whole hour of physio for a newborn, but boy did my daughter love it and the time just flew! Nicole's expertise with babies is apparent and her calm and gentle demeanour put us right at ease. My daughter would often fall asleep towards the end of a session! I soon looked forward to bonding with my daughter in tummy time everyday rather than dreading it. If you are a new mom & interested in learning how to enjoy tummy time with your little one, I would highly recommend a session or two with Nicole!
